Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College and above ・Gender: Any ・Age: 22 - 30 years old (Fresh graduate can apply) ・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 equivalent) ・Experience: Not required. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・ Have experience working as IT comtor in Japanese companies. (no matter the time period) ・Have some basic knowledge or experience in Tester, Designer, Sales, Accounting. ・ Have study or working experience in Japan. <Personality> ・Understand the business manner in Japanese companies (meet the requirements, meet the deadline, report daily,...) ・Responsible and hardworking with their job tasks. <Schedule> ・Interview round: 3 rounds (1 test round, 2 face-to-face rounds) ・Interviewer: - 1st round: Test on computer about translating between Japanese - English (around 30 minutes) - 2nd round: Vietnamese Comtor Team leader (Interview in Japanese and Vietnamese) - 3rd round: Japanese General Manager ・Test: Yes (1st round) ・Interview language: Japanese and Vietnamese ・Joining date: As soon as possible.
