A. Production management 1. Solving problems arising in production 2. Install the Production Line Layout by the method One set Flow 3. Improve tools and methods to improve production capacity 4. Analysis of actual production and solve problems that arise from failing to meet goals. B. Quality control 1. Check 5S status, compliance with work regulations status 2. Control of compliance with working conditions 3. Control errors arising in the production line and make solutions & prevention methods C. Other jobs 1. Control standard working conditions 2. Control the change point 3. Meeting with QA dept to implement customer complaint policy 4. Meeting with other departments when related work is needed. 5.Safety management and overcoming arising unsafe points
Job Requirement
- Age: 30-38. Gender: Male only - Education: College Diploma majored in technical field - Language: Japanese Conversational level (equivalent N3 for internal communication) - Experience: 2 years of experience as Production Staff in any industry - Currently not working in the same IZ or Sumitomo corporation
