<Products: Advertisement, Public PR > <Clients: Japanese and local company in need of advertisement> <Saturday Working: None > <Company overview> Company specialized in advertisement for clients. Have two main service: OOH media (Out-of-house media) and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications). <Job Responsibilities> ・Build & maintain good relationship with existing clients and explore new business from potential clients. ・ Work on Advertising Project by: - Supporting the Manager on the project - Planning: detailed program concept from the start to its execution. - Execution: Overall coordination of vendor relations, internal staff management for project. - Manage budget and control schedule ・In charge of contract paperwork, admin support ・Other related work according to actual requirements *This position have Target and in the near future will have project bonus*
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing related majors (must) ・Gender: Any ・Age: 22 - 30 years old (Fresh graduate can apply) ・Language: English business level (for internal communication), no need certification. ・Experience: Not required ・Skills: Good with MS Office (Words, excel & power- point programs) to make and present to the client. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in working in client service in Advertising Agencies or Advertisement Industry. - Have OOH marketing, advertising knowledge and experience is a huge advantage. <Personality> ・Logical Thinking (Problem solving thinking/End-result thinking) ・Good at presentation and persuasion skills. ・Make and follow proposals for clients. ・Energetic & strong teamwork spirit. <Schedule> ・Interview round: 2 ・Interviewer: - 1st round: Account Manager (in HCMC) Account Supervisor (in Hanoi) - online interview at Hanoi office - 2nd round: Vietnamese Deputy Director (in HCMC) - online interview at Hanoi office - Might have 3rd round interviewing with Japanese Director if neccessary. ・Test: No ・Joining date: As soon as possible
