Japanese Speaking Manufacturing Division Manager - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing whole factory condition
--> Company has 4 factory, handling each factory production control and quality control and workers condition
・Visiting each factory by car to check production schedule, environment and 5S
・Trouble shooting when it happened and report
・To communicate with Japanese head office and client which is US and EUR company

<Hiring Schedule>URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after submit
- How many round interview : 1 time
- Expect joining day : ASAP, up to candidate condition

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 35 - 40 years old
・Having over 7 years working experience as a Production/ Quality control Manager or Factory Manager in Manufacturing industry
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2)
English Conversational level (Reading and writing)
・To understand each country(such as Japan, US, EUR etc..) Manufacturing benchmarks
・Well know about both Product and Quality control
・Having Management experience such as over 1000 staff in Factory

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having well knowledge of Gasket and Bearing seat, engine parts
・Personality : Active, positive, good communication skills
