Business Development - Energy

<Job Responsibilities>
・Research and find new investment
・Planing business strategy
・Building relationship with partnership company (Energy company)
・Developing potential clients in Vietnam
・Handling project; Due Diligence, Negotiation of investment conditions, Follow until wet closing, Management of PMI (Post Merger Integration)
・Assisting tasks; Making an appointment, Interpreter, Translator, Creating summary of documents
・Technical support (gather information of technical)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English Fluent (TOEIC 870 or more over)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 33-45
・At least 7 years business development experience related to energy, especially large-scale thermal power generation or renewable energy
・Strong connection with energy company
・Working experience at foreign company
・Logical thinking
・Keep confidentiality
・Active person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Finance knowledge

<Schedule>
・Number of interview: 2 + Translation test, case study
