<Job Responsibilities>
- Assigned to MIDORI project
- General Management (Control and follow management of all PM of all Project/
Staff Management/Planning management)
- Make & Manage Documents-Contracts
- Point of Contact (Resident or other Department Contact Management)
- Manage MIDORI Management Office
- Manage Outsource Service Companies
- House Management
- Public Area Management
- P&L Management/Keep Relationship with Government Dept./Purchasing & Asset
Management/
- Other tasks are instructed by Senior Manager.

- Expected 1st interview date : 1 week after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : Up to Candidate condition
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 39 years old
・Having working experience of a Property Management or Condominium Project Manager or Individual Sales in Real Estate company around 3 years
・Language: English Business level (such as TOEIC 700)
・Having Management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Worked in big team(like over 50 member)
