<Report Line : Japanese director and development team in Japan > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Plastic coatings for automobiles, mobile phones, home appliances, computers, and more > <Clients: Manufacture company (90%:Japanese company, 10%:Local company) > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> - Mix paint from existing recipes - Contact raw material manufacturer company ( about locally available raw materials → adjust) - Receive a new sample → Estimate → Test → Cost comparison → Report (whether scratched, colored, price check, etc.) - Meeting with local manufacture company - Attend a product analysis meeting with the development department in Japan (reported to Japanese development members) - After joining, go to Japan for training in Japan (1-2 years) - Other tasks assigned by managers
