- Receive incoming calls and transfer to related department.

- Carrying out documents related to residence and working of foreigners: Booking of Air Tickets, Hotel, Apartment Rent, Registration of Temporary Residence, Procedures for issuance of Work Permit, Visa, ...
- Translation, storage and document management of department
- Keep track of timekeeping
- Buying goods: Stationery, Labor protection, ...
- Other jobs assigned by superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College degree.
- Gender: Female only.
- Age: 23-28 years old.
- Japanese language equivalent to N3.
- At least 1 year experience in general affairs.
