Job Description
• Ensure product quality from production order to delivery and warranty for customers. • Receive and process information about spec (specifications, technical requirements) and quality of products from customers, sales department, then contact information exchange with factories in China and Japan (In the future, may work with partner factories in Vietnam) • Simple design and label management, product packaging specifications. • Support purchasing, support warehouse management. • Receive and handle feedback from customers during use, warranty when errors arise, improve product design quality, update new models.
Job Requirement
- Age: 25-30. Gender: Male only - Education: Bachelor degree - Language: English Conversational level, can read and understand the technical instructions. - Experience: 2 years of experience as QC Staff with electrical products such as lighting equipment, solar energy, batteries, ... - Responsible, honest, careful, logical thinking, communicating information clearly and accurately. - Willing to go on business trips domestic and abroad. - Can use AutoCad and other software to edit Adobe documents,...
