<Job Responsibilities> -Manage design team member and give guidance to them - Make Interior perspective of design drafting - Cooperate with other department team, draw interior design for client(Using 3DMAX,CAD,SketchUp) - Projects' schedule and quality managing - Making staff report task progress daily or proper occasion - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender:Any (Woman Preferable) ・Age:30-40 years old ・Education: Bachelor degree in Construction related major ・Language: Japanese or English conversational level (Internal communication) ・Experience: More than 5 years working experience as a Interior Designer in Construction company (Especially House, Restaurant, Factory) ・Well command of 3DMAX, CAD, SkechUp(Some of these software) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience of using all software (3DMAX, CAD, SketchUp) ・Working experience in Japanese Company
