QA Staff(Bio department)- Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
-Be responsible for quality assurance of medical equipment before shipping.
-Check air condition in work environment such as clean room
-Check the hygiene status of Production Machine
-Inspect products randomly to ensure meeting standards
-Collect a sample (microorganism) and check the amount of the microorganism(bioburden test) using a microscope
-Do some tasks related to sterilization validation/ verification for new products, new processes, new machine…
-Act insect control at factories (in cooperation with contractors)
-Report check results to superior and Managers
-Responsible for other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:23-30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education:Bachelor Degree in Biological Technology, Chemical Engineering or some related major
・Language: Japanese conversational or English business level
・Good Data analysis skill
・MS soft skill (Word and Excel)
・Experience:Working experience in Bio or Sterilize related work
・Fresh Graduate can apply for this position

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working in Medical related Manufacturing company
・Japanese and English business level
