Japanese Speaking- General Manager- Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
As a Manager of new Factory, this position needs to do below tasks
・Make plan with Japanese CEO to establish new Factory
・Prepare all thing for New Factory like set up machine for production, hiring workers etc...
・Report to Japanese Director and Headquarter about production situation

<After set up factory>
・Get report from section managers, give advice to them how to solve problem
・Discuss and Make new products manufacturing method, cooperating with each department
・Promote new products project efficiently following to product schedule
・ Management of personnel: Appropriate staffing to improve worker productivity
・ Quality control: Efforts to reduce defective products and complaints
・ Report to Japanese Director and Headquarter about production situation

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30- 40 years old
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese Business level
・Management experience
・Working experience in Apparel or Textile industry
・The person who can lives in Nghe An Province

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese Apparel Industry
