<Number of employees: 51 employees (47 Vietnamese, 4 Japanese)> <Report Line: Project Manager> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Offshore development, LABO development, software development, application development, creative production> <Client: In Japan> <Saturday Working: No> <Job Responsibilities> - Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market. - Manage projects as leader or Project Manager. - Understand the requirements from customers. - Make and manage schedule of development. - Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately. - Review test case and test result to ensure product quality. - Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor Degree in IT Major - Gender Any from 26 to 35 - Good Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above. - Over 3 years of experience in IT field and over 1 year of experience as BSE.(For candidates who have not had BSE experience for more than 1 year, the capacity will be considered.) - Project management skills - Can build and keep good relationship with members and clients - Positive thinking - High responsibility <Preferable> - Knowledge of software development processes - Knowledge of agile, scrum - Have experience of request definition with clients directly - Can write the basic design documents of the software - Good multi-task skills
