<Job Responsibilities>
1) Payroll
• Checking attendance
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
2) Accounting
• Manage & coordinate accounting work of Headquarter and Subsidiary in Vietnam
• Conduct all payments & manage to ensure that all invoices are collected and paid on time
• Make monthly/annually financial report, manage cashflow
3) Support to Office HR and Admin work
• Support to making office procedures, HR processes (attendance report, labor contract, )
• Support to management of contracts and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and landlord
• Support to business trips for staffs & expats: visa, flight & accommodation….
• Support to expats’ accommodation
4) Others:
• Making business flow and suggestion for practice improvement
• Meeting with headquarter via TV conference, Skype..
<Essential Requirements> :
- Nationality: Vietnamese / Gender: Female from 26 - 35
- Language: Advanced Japanese with N2 certificate; Advanced English - TOEIC 750 or equivalent
- Education: University graduate
- Multi-tasking skills
- Detail-oriented and careful
- Good sense about figures and calculation
- Good knowledge about accounting (not necessarily to be an accountant or auditor)
- Strong communication skills, cheerful, sincere
- Experience: at least 3 year work experience in the related fields
