<Number of employees: around 50 people > <Report Line: Vietnamese Chief accountant > <Team Member: 3 people > <Number of Subordinates: 0 person > <Service: Interior Design, Interior Decoration, Supply Furniture > <Clients: Companies > < 2 saturdays working > <Job Responsibilities> - Making tax report follow chief accountant’s guideline. - Making money report, create banking and cash payment in domestic and overseas. - Follow and control small payable and receivable transactions. Follow selling & cost. - Other office job as manager request
Job Requirement
< Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor degree - Female preferable (all female department) - Age 24 - 30 - English conversational (good reading and writing for making reports and email) - At least 2 years experience as accountant in domestic or FDI companies. - Have knowledge in accounting transaction (kế toán hạch toán), accounting tax (kế toán thuế), Vietnam legal (luật Việt Nam) < Preferable Skill / Experience > - Major in Accounting is preferable. Major in Audit, Finance, Banking can still apply if have accounting experience. - Have experience in accounting software, MISA software is preferred < Schedule > ***New position, hiring ASAP*** - Fast CV screening, within 1-2 days. - 1 interview round with Vietnamese Chief Accountant + Japanese Manager - Test included (same day as the interview) - Interview date arrange when potential candidates are available.
