<Report Line : Japanese Manager > <Team Member: 2 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: shopping mall developer > <Clients: Customer in ASEAN area > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> - Support and assist Japanese manager in internal audit department - Execute the auditing operation following the company's regulation, internal auditing procedure - Ensure legal compliance as well as company's benefits in dealing with partners - Check and make sure documentation as per internal procedure - Document and check SOX law (financial statements) - Check legal documents and advise proper business scheme - Check customers' FS, credit limit, credit balance - Business trip to other company offices in ASEAN area (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Indonesia, Cambodia and other countries) to perform auditing - 1-2 times / month - Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 23 - 35 - Gender : Any - Bachelor degree in accounting-auditing, finance, risk management, or related field ** Can apply if you studied in university and have knowledge about it - Person who can understand in SOX low(Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and FS - Japanese skill : Business level - English skill : Business level - Willing to go to business trip (domestic and oversea 2 times / month) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experiences in Japanese company - Working experience in auditing firms <Schedule> - Joining date : in March - Interview times : 2 rounds
