<Report Line : Japanese director > <Team Member: 25 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 25 persons > <Products: Construction service > <Clients: Mainly Japanese company> <Saturday Working: 8:00 - 12:00 and the second Saturday is off > <Job Responsibilities> - Perform design management - Meet client and discuss about project - Instruct staff in same department (check detailed drawings, concept design) - Give instructions to CAD operator - Work with government - Make approval documents and report to Japanese director - Go to project site and check the project's situation(sometimes) - Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 35 - 42 - Gender : Female prefer - English skill : Business level - More than 20 years experiences as Architectural Designer in construction industry - Person who can use Auto-CAD - Personality : Logical thinking, Leadership, Management skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese skill : Business leve - Person who can use BIM system (Building Information Modeling)l - Having working experiences in Japanese company <Schedule> - Interview times : 2 rounds - They have presentation and design test in their interview - Interview date is negotiable
