<Job Responsibilities>
- Design resort hotels, hospitals, office buildings, station buildings, etc. that have been requested by clients
- Depending on the project, the basic plan (field survey) → basic design → implementation design → division of roles in construction supervision (in case of huge projects)
- Prepare and present design
- proposal to clients
- Product detailed drawings, concept design
- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
- Go to construction site to check on progress
- Other tasks assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27 - 35
- Gender : Any
- Language : Japanese OR English skill (business level)
Japanese is better
- More than 3 years experiences as Architect in construction, especially facilities, hospitals, office buildings, etc.
** The design experience of private home is NG
- Person who can read and write design drawings
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Person who have designed the basement of a large building
- Working experiences in Japanese company
