<Report Line : Vietnamese Site manager > <Team Member: around 10 persons (depend on project)> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Construction (developing and managing factory > <Clients: corporate tenants (mostly Japanese company) > <Saturday Working: Every week > <Job Responsibilities> - Assigned to Project Team building Industrial Parks (IP) in Dong Nai, including Giang Dien IP, Loc An Binh Son IP, Long Duc IP and other are depend on their projects - Install M&E system (electricity, water, lighting, air conditioning, fire protection, etc.) - Participate in installation, pulling wire, installation of water pipes, ventilation. - Maintain and repair M&E system during construction. - Connect electricity meters, install cabinets, and power supply boards for construction. - Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 25 - 32 - Gender : Male only - Qualification : Bachelor degree (studied in related field) - Language Skills: English Business level OR Japanese Business level - More than 2 years experiences as M&E Engineer in construction industry - Person who can read technical drawings well - Strong analytical, math and problem solving skills - Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Good health <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having working experiences in Japanese company - Able to pay meticulous attention to detail - Personality: hardworking, proactive, meticulous, strong-willed <Schedule> - Interview times : 2 rounds (1st with VN site manager + SV, 2nd with Japanese director) - Joining date : After tet (negotiable)
