Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Mainly this position will be in charge of Existing client first Most of the customers are Japanese manufacturers (major OA equipment manufacturers and many electronic parts related) -Main Products FA equipment and equipment-related equipment and materials Since it is a trading company, it can handle and sell not only the above but also surrounding consumables (e.g.)Small Units such as terminals and packing -Build relationships with existing customers and try to expand, increase order. -Make quotation for client. Ask about products for supplier if necessary -Handle Inquiries from customers -Report to Japanese Manager -Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director -Beginning sales to existing companies, but there is a possibility of new sales to local companies in the future. -There are business trips to HCM (possibility of business trips to Thai suppliers and exhibitions) * Since the Japanese make large proposals (such as proposals for introducing robotic / automated equipment into the production line), First of all, Main task is the existing customers to follow up and expand sales
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Woman preferable ・Age:25-35 years old ・Education: Bachelor Degree ・More than 2 years working experience as a sales in Any industry (Trading or Machine Manufacturer is best) ・Language: -Japanese Business level(Communicate internally, Report to Japanese Headquarter, Join in client meeting with Japanese Director) -English Conversational level Communication with suppliers and manufacturers in English (because there are suppliers in China, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.) In some cases, suppliers (Thailand, etc.) are visited by Vietnamese customers, and that time this position have to do interpreting) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience Machine trading company such as Yamazen ・Well understand about Sales process
