<Number of employees: 1500> <Report Line: BD Manager> <Team Member: 5 - 7 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: steel structure products> <Clients: Project, Building, Office,...> <Saturday Working: Yes> <Job Responsibilities> - Business development and commitment to maintain the number of current customers as well as develop the number of new customers. - Update market information, rival information, giving information on market trends and proposing business development, market expansion. - Carrying out research, analysis and evaluation of domestic and international market development; Making market reports. - Be the focal point for deployment and support of Business Development activities, customers, and trade promotion activities ... - Summarize, update and report to the Board of Directors on market fluctuations, changes in mechanisms, policies, regulations and agreements of water bodies. - Participating in researching, drafting and proposing the promulgation. - Perform other duties as required by BDM
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - University degree in Construction, Business Administration or relevant fields - Gender: Prefer Male from 28 - Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position - Language: Proficient in English - Require knowledge of:construction and sales - Have knowledge of steel structure - Proficient in Office computer - Soft skills: Negotiate skill - Sales management: - Analysis the market (customers, rivals, financial state…) - Build business plan - Organize, operate and control the business - Customer service - Can go on business trip in VN or other countries
