<Products: Medical and Health Care Service, Managing Hospital > <Clients: Related corporate Hospital ans Clinic > <Saturday Working: None > <Job Responsibilities> ・Responsibility for analyze internal and external situation, find out the problem, develop the plan to solve it and support an implementation ・Develop reports, proposals, procedures, and business summaries to enhance and support strategic and operational plans. ・Develop continuous process improvement methods applicable to the field and designs plans for implementation. ・Work with other team members to perform financial analysis, draw conclusions and make recommendations to leadership. ・Participate in calculation, validation and updating of cost saving initiatives. ・Gather data, analyze information, develop conclusions, communicate recommendations clearly and work effectively with others on a team. ・Demonstrated business planning <Hiring Schedule> - Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after CV screening - How many round interview : 2 times - Expect joining day : In Dec or Jan

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree in Business ・Gender: Any ・Age: 28- 40 years old ・Having working experience as a Business Analyst in any industry around 4- 5 years ・Language: English Business Level (For using in meeting) ・Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having working experience as a Business Analyst in medical and health care industry ・Ability to multitask ・Think strategically and effectively implement tactical elements to ensure strategic goals are met. ・Demonstrate creative problem solving through pattern reorganization and thinking along unconventional lines.
