<Job Responsibilities>
・ Decide product line and Prepare Material necessary for new model production
・ Request quotation for suppliers
・ Create specifications, work procedures and standards documents
・ Make Prototype and check the quality (if there is a defect, set countermeasures and suggestions)
・ Improve products line for making products efficiently (cheaper and faster)
・ Create reports to managers
・ Other tasks assigned by Manager
※For making mechanical parts, they use own brand machine
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College degree
・Age: 25-33 years old
・Gender: Male
・Language: None
・Experience:
- More than 3 years of manufacturing technology experience in manufacturing company
- Can read Design drawing, make Machining program for machine
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Japanese conversational level (to communicate internally)
・Experience working in Japanese companies.
<Interview>
・Interview rounds: 2
- Interview via phone with Vietnamese Manager
- Interview face to face with Japanese Manager
・Test: Maximum 60 minutes
・Schedule: Company will decide if they can go to Bac Ninh after 31st April.
