Job Description
- Receiving technical reports, warranty claims from Dealers. Translate to English and report to Head Quarter in Japan
- Check & gather and make warranty reports to superiors and reply to dealers
- Perform troubleshooting
- Issue the warranty claim to Mother company (report on software)
- Prepare documents and make payment for monthly warranty service to Dealers
- Other tasks as required by upper management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in technical field (Automobiles, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
- English business level
- Good communication & problem-solving skill
- From 3 years of experience as customer service in Automobiles distributors, garage or showroom
- Proficient in MS Office
- Gender: Any (Male preferable)
- Age: From 26 to 37 years old
