<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Selecting tools and material
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimizing risk
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences
※This position need to work on site, Around Hanoi, Da Nang, HCM
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree related to architecture, construction etc.
- Language Skills: English business level OR Japanese business level
- Gender: Any
- Age from 30 to 40 years old
- At least 8 years of experience in construction field
- From 3 years of experience as construction Project/Site manager in large-scale project such as department store, factory etc.
- Experienced working in foreign construction companies
- General knowledge in construction design software: CAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax+Vray, Revit
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working Experienced in Japanese Company
・Working Experienced in Japanese General Contractor
・Having Knowledge about construction technical term in Japanese
