- Prepare for plan, proposal, human power (students) to conduct survey
- Work with outsourcing partners in advance, select manpower for team
- Follow up survey in field (nationwide)
- Summarize, verify data and issue report
- Conduct, follow up three field tests of company products in comparison with competitors
- Report monitoring test results
- Update field test results to Sales team; support evidences for client approach
- Handle clients' claim and monitor competitors' activities
- Support family channel in training and evaluation
- Support Sales team in fleet approach and product performance monitoring
- Support Training team in preparing materials, presentation for internal staff, car makers, dealers, fleets

<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Gender: male
- Age: up to 33
- Education: Bachelor in technology
- English: business level
- Computing: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- 2+ years of work experience as Customer Service / Technical Service / Quality Assurance in Automobile / Tire / Machinery fields
- Willing to travel
