<Number of employees: Total : 60 Local : 48 Japanese : 12 Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : Japanese Deputy Director > <Team Member: 10 > <Number of Subordinates: 0 > <Products: IT services > <Clients: mostly Japanese companies > <Saturday Working: NO > - Assist Japanese Account Manager - Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, as well as relevant documents or information - After getting requirements from customers, coordinate Sales Support team to make quotations - After getting PO, coordinate Procurement Team to proceed the orders - Try to build and keep good relation with customers, Account Manager and relevant sections - Another task upon sale’s request
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience > - Gender: any - Age: 24-30 - Education: Bachelor - Japanese: business level - English: conversational level - Computer: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel - 1+ year of'work experience as Sales Assistant / Sales Admin in any industry * Preferable Requirements: - Work experience in IT industry - Having IT background and/or understanding IT products - Able to work under high pressure
