Job Description
- Present investment plans and status to executive management;
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments in order to determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints;
- Track and report requests, approval, funding and execution status of capital investment projects;
- Compare subcontractor proposals with required project scope, determine proposal completeness, and assembles all proposal files in preparation of the investment requests;
- Update monthly spend forecasts based on project performance;
- Seek new investment opportunities (no KPIs, there will be target assigned by the manager but as a common team goal).
<Essential requirement>
- Bachelor Degree;
- Gender: Male only;
- Age from 26 to 35 years old;
- From 3 years of experience in investment projects as one of the following positions: project manager assistant/project assistant, finance staff, contractor, legal staff; either in Construction (building malls, bridge...) OR capital investment project (acquisition; M&A...) is acceptable;
- English fluent;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT.
<Preferable requirements>
- Exprienced in large-scale investment projects (public facilities);
- Have working expereince in Japanese companies or partner as Japanese companies.
