Job Description
1) Report to Vietnamese Manager
2) Assigned to System Engineer Team
3) Job Responsibilities:
- 2nd level customer support
- Take care of the troubles that first level support members couldn’t solve
- Contact to vendor (maker) support, and get the instruction from vendor, then conduct the instruction
- Contact to 3rd level support, sometimes directly contact to customers
- Analyze the data and make documentations
- Train the 1st level support about new procedures or the solution of unknown problems
- Technical support as IT help desk for local customers
- Support customers and internal staffs for PC, server and network problems (remote only for customers)
Job Requirement
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- English: business level
- Computer: MS Office tools
- 1+ year of'work experience as Technical Support (System, Network, Server) in IT industry
* Preferable Requirements:
- Knowledgeable about Server, PC, Firewall, VPN (configuration, operation / maintenance, remote desktop)
- Experienced in troubleshooting for Thin Client (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Personality: diligent, meticulous, genuine
