General affairs duties
- Window work with suppliers (construction company, consulting company, industrial park, human resources company, communication company etc.) - Window work with administrative organizations
- Support work of Japanese staff (interpretation, translation, VISA related, Schedule management etc.
- Manage of office supplies (printer, PC, stationery, uniforms, lockers, water server etc.)
- In charge of document management work
- Make contract and review work
- Plan and manage work of events such as employee travel
HR business
- Recruitment work (planning of hiring plan, implementation of interview, joining procedure)
- Calculation of salary and insurance, overtime work, income tax
- Attendance management work
- Other assigned tasks and instructions from the president, plant manager, etc.
Essential requirements :
- Bachelor degree
- Female
- Age : 24-40
- Japanese business level N2
- Office skills proficiency
- Fresh graduated or any related working experience is welcome
Desirable requirements :
- Related working experience in Japan company
