Job Description
* Report to Japanese Division Director
* Assigned to Business Administration Department
* Team size: 8 members
- Make purchasing plan according to production plan which manager make
- Contact with material supplier to make orders, negotiate delivery schedule and price
- Follow up delivery on time
- Follow up confirm PO—(Purchase Order )from Vendor
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the Board of Directors
Job Requirement
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor ofany major
- English: Business level
- Gender:Any
- Age: 30-40
- Having around 5years experience in Purchase in Manufacturing industry,
having more than 2 years at leading level in Purchase position.
* Preferable Requirements:
- Experience working in Japanese companies
- Good Leader skills
