Job Description
- Team with 10 members in Project Management Dept - Report to Vietnamese and Japanese manager - Plan, schedule and implement projects - Define project scope, goals and deliverables - Manage required tasks, equipment and resources to deliver the project within the allocated timeline - Ensure project design is met understanding the specification requirements and implementing value added engineering where applicable - Manage delivery time of project - Come up with solutions for any problems occur - Report frequently to clients and managers - Provision of pricing - Project documentation - Budget management
Job Requirement
Essential requirements : - Bachelor degree - English business level - From 3 years experiences in HVAC system, architectural design, construction control in Interior or Facility Desirable requirements : - Management skills and experiences is a plus - Working Experience in Japanese Construction Company is a plus
