Japanese Speaking Factory Manager Candidate - Manufacturing

- Get on-the-job training about all of the factory (Purchasing, Production Control, Production Technical
QA, QC and Equipment and Machinery Maintenance etc…)
- Cooperate and build up the good relationship with Japanese Factory staff
- Have qualification exams in Japanese
- Learn about Japanese, Japanese culture and working style

■ Essential Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese more than N2
- Gender: Male
- Age: Under 25
- Be able to stay in Japan at least three years
- Be able to keep working in their Vietnamese company after training
■ Preferable Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree -Mechanical Engineering
■ Desirable Character:
- Be interested in a machine and Japan
- Personality: Diligent, honesty, accurate, punctual, enthusiastic
