Job Description
* Assigned to Sales Department.
* Job Responsibilities:
- Strengthening and expanding the relationship with existing clients, especially Japanese Top Management to ensure 100% renewal.
- Maintaining good service quality and relationship with existing Japanese clients by calling/visiting.
- Providing consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern.
- Working on renewal program and following up until confirmation
- Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation in Japanese and/ or English to clients
- Coordinating with Claims Department to support Japanese clients.
- Increasing premium income and underwriting profit among existing clients
- Approaching new clients and building up the relationship with Person in Charge.
- Assistance to Management as required.
* Essential Requirement:
- Age: under 35
- Education: University graduated,
- Experience: At least 2 years as Sales & Marketing Executive in any industry.
- Studying in Japan or Working in Japan is required (Either one of them is okay)
- Foreign language: Good communication in English and Japanese N2 ~ N1 (Both speaking & writing).
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Referable Requirements:
- Graduation; Major in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration is preferable.
- Experience in Insurance/ Finance/ Marketing field will be an advantage.
