Job Description

*Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Japanese COO
- To be in charge of wide range of HR duties;
- To lead workforce planning in coordination with the management team;
- To lead recruitment and the talent development processes and supervise staff development;
- To lead policy development and program execution for employee relations, safety, welfare, wellness and engagement activities;
- To manage employee relations for entire employee life cycle and to provide solutions and training to managers and employees on people issues;
- To manage day-to-day HR operations such as performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and process improvement;
- To manage day-to-day GA operations such as procurement IT tools & stationaries,
office & training center rent transaction and so on;
- To be responsible for HR compliance;
- To be responsible for the accuracy of HR services delivery and work closely with third party vendors for payroll, social welfare and taxation;
- To support CFO to build up team and to set up operation from the incubation phase;
- To build the local HR team, supervise direct report(s) and their capability development;

*Essential Requirements:
- Graduated from University – HR or a related discipline;
- Relevant experience of working : 7-10years or more;
- Experience of team management as HR Manager : more than 3 subordinates;
- Experience in front-line retail operations and the importance of a “store-first”
corporate culture;
- Experience to work in large scale company : more than 300 employees;
- Deep knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Ability to take initiative to manage operation by involving other members;
- Experience to work in the itnernational company in global time zone and in global
team
- Good Communication Skill;
