Job Description
1) Report to either Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean/ Vietnamese Managers 2) Assigned to Production Management Department, with 200 employees including both Supervisor & Staff levels 3) Job Responsibilities: - Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including: a. Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress. b. Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage. c. Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standards.. d. Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control. e. Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system. - Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target. - Handling group of business partners ( over 5 partners generally ), regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion. - Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments. ※ This Job opportunity is NOT open for R&D・Merchandiser position and Store Operation.
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: University graduate, all majors welcome - Business English is mandatory. Chinese/ Japanese is advantage - Experienced in Quality Control, Production Management at least 4 years. ( ONLY in Apparel, Textile, Garment). - Business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week. 2) Preferable Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: University graduate, majors related to apparel industry. 3) Desirable Character: - Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive
