Job Description
- Report to Japanese Manager in HCM
- There are 1 Japanese and 1 Vietnamese in Hanoi office, this position will work independently
Job duties :
- Work directly with Japanese headquarter to get client's orders.
- Translate, deliver client's orders and requests information to factories partners in Hanoi and Hung Yen
- Travel to factories in Hanoi and Hung Yen to control and adjust the production process at the factories
- Manage the delivery, coordinate and work with the factory as directed from the parent company office in Japan
- Attending the meeting, working with the manager of related parties when they visit the factory.
- In case of product quality problems occur, confirm the situation on field and negotiate on the time of delivery/production quality
Essential Requirements :
- College diploma or higher
- Language : Japanese level N2
- Gender : Any
- 1 year experiences in Garment/textile/fabric/apparel industry in technical related position
