Report to Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Chief Accountant Assigned to Financial Management Department Accounting team: Chief Accountant -> Accounting Leader -> 2 General Accountants -> 2 AR/AP Accountants - To take initiatives in controlling and managing monthly & quarterly accounting book closing and tax declaration by supporting Chief Accountant - To post Accounting book daily by fully utilizing SAP EPR system in order to manage monthly & quarterly book closing timely and precisely - To prepare all kinds of accounting monthly & quarterly reporting - To prepare tax (CIT, VAT, FCWT, and ETC) declaration and tax related reporting
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements: - Age: up to 33 - Education: Bachelor - English: business level - From 3 years of experience in managing and controlling accounting and tax team at foreign invested enterprises (trading and/or manufacturing companies) - Rich knowledge about * VAS, IFRS and tax * Import and export trading * Accounting and tax audit, and tax declaration such as CIT, VAT, PIT, FCWT... * Optimizing existing processes in the field of enterprise accounting and tax tasks - Having experience with any accounting software: FAST, MISA, ACCPAC... - Computer: * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint for presentation, emailing and reporting purposes * Very good at utilizing Excel for Accounting and tax management Preferable Requirements: - Having full required qualification of Chief Accountant - Graduate from Economics Universities, major in Finance and Accounting - Experience working at Big 4 companies - Knowledgeable about SAP/ERP - Independent and well self-controlled with honesty and sincerity - Good at time management, able to work under high pressure - Well socialized and good at communicating in team with high sense of responsibility - Always positive, willing to take new assignment
