- Report directly to Japanese Manager
- Work in a team of 2 members
*Job Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of all the tasks below:
1. Internal recruitment
2. Social insurance, health insurance procedures
3. Payroll
4. Communication with Vietnamese staff, jobs in general administration work in general
5. Foreign staff Visa, Work permit, Residence card acquisition
6. General Administration tasks
- Other works required by the department
Job Requirement
*Essential Requirements:
- English: Daily conversational level.
- Bachelor's degree or above in any major.
- Over 3 years experience as HR - GA staff
- Deeply understanding of Vietnam Labor Law
