Applied Product Design - Technical Support Engineers

- Currently the team has 9 people including Management, Sales, Technical Support. Report directly to the head of the Vietnamese head of department
- In charge of AP ( Applied products -related technical work: equipment selection, design drawing )
- Support sales staff to answer customers' technical questions
- Find out about the cause of the incident and consult the solution of the air conditioning system (if any)
- Make reports, presentations in training sessions, projects and workshops
- Follow Sales Engineer to customer's, depending on the project. However, the main job will be at the office.
- Other jobs as directed by the direct manager

Essential Requirements :
- Graduated with a major in engineering
- 3 years experience working in design of HVAC (Chiller, AHU, FCU systems) and construction supervision
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Good English communication in the field of HVAC only is okay
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad tools
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, able to arrange work

Desirable Requirements :
- Graduated with a major in engineering (Preferably cold heat)
