Job Description
- Manage 1 Sales staff
- Compliance with corporate regulations and policies and company confidential information.
- Plan sales activities to achieve sales targets. Deploy company policies and strategies to employees
- Develop and train professional staffs. Monitor and evaluate the performance of each employee
- Develop and implement a business plan to achieve the approved sales targets
- Set sales targets, develop the market.
- Manage customer debt of business department. To urge the recovery of overdue debts.
- Monitor and analyze the situation and business efficiency of the sales department
- Establish and maintain internal and external relations to facilitate all business activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Graduation: University or above
- At least 2 years experience in Sales Manager/Leader in any field is okay.
- Communication skills, presentation; Skills to develop and implement plans; Market analysis and evaluation skills.
- Dynamic, good thinking, know how to arrange logical work
- Ability to communicate in English
- Have a business idea to train, instruct the lower level staff to work more effectively.
