Job Description

- Report directly to Japanese Chairman/Director.
- Manage sales team of 10 members
*Job Responsibilities:
- Build up and manage successful sales team to achieve goal and target assigned
- Build up strong and successful sales channel matching with company strategy
- Analyze, report market situation to find out sales chance for company
- Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly, half-year, yearly target assigned by company
- Establish good relationship with customers in sales channel to promote sales
- Responsible to make sales plan, Reports.
- Responsible to motivate successful sales staff to achieve common goal and target
- Find out & create effective sales promotion to increase sales result
- Frequent report on result, market situation to higher manager level.
- Other tasks assigned by Director/ Chairman

*Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Male/ Female.
- Age: Over 27 years old
- Bachelor’s degree majored in Trade/ Business Administration/ or Related field.
- Three - Five (3-5) year experience as a Sales or equivalent position in any industry.
- Ability to analyze problems for better solutions, negotiate and time management skill.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork, disciplined working spirits
- Willing to go on business trip frequently nationwide and overseas
- Fluency in English required. Japanese is a plus.
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email.
