Job Description
1) Report to Japanese Manager 2) Assigned to Production Technology Dept. Managing 5 members. 3) Job Responsibilities: - Establish plan for deploying new product manufacturing - Prepare and control all operation instruction manuals - Work with mother company in Japan and other sections about issues related to products - Manage compliance of production process, technology procedure - Identify troubles, contact other related people and decide relevant solutions - Involved in customer audit events - Lead and control works of 5-member team
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements: - Qualification: Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics - Language Skill(s): Japanese Business level (N3 or higher) - 3 years' working experience in Production Technology in Electronics/ Mechanical industry - MS Office proficiency - Good leadership, negotiation, problem solving skills - Can work under high pressure 2) Preferable Requirements: - Language Skill(s): English is a plus 3) Desired Characteristics: - Strong, innovative, positive and problem solving
