Job Description

1) Report to Marketing Manager
2) Work with another Marketing Executive in Marketing Team
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Plan & implement company's marketing activities which highly focus on support sales, A&P, event, activation, or branding management & communication strategies including developing plan proposals for individual marketing campaigns which support Sales Team to achieve company target.
- Responsible for turning the approved concepts to activities to achieve agreed KPI.
- Supervise and manage events to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor actual results against plan and budget, measure effectiveness and impact of each event campaign.
- Work closely with all relating internal teams to identify emerging customer needs and preferences, as well as the effectiveness of individual marketing activities.
- Plan and organize complex PR campaign, press release and customer presentations to attract prospective customers.
- Build up effective A&P program to increase brand-awareness and support Sales to hit target.
- Coordinate with Distributor to do co-branding activities to leverage company share in the Vietnam market.
- Monitor and effectively manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring all financial processes and procedures of the team are in line with company’s financial guidelines.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Job Requirement

1) Essential Requirement:
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in Marketing field or a related field
- High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Solid writing & communication.
- At least 3 years' working experience in Marketing & Branding management.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- CAN DO attitude; concentrate on details and possibility work multi-tasking with high pressure.
- Computer literate and have knowledge of design and video software (especially Adobe Creative Cloud), and video or photography.

2) Preferable Requirement:
- Have working experience in Printing/ IT is preferred.

3) Personalities:
