Training Manager

Report to Vietnamese HR Manager
Working in a team of 5 members

Training Tasks
- Produce training material and organize the training course
- Training about the products for sale staffs
- Training material will be based on soft skills for sales staff.
- Working with other training managers to make training material

Essential Requirements:
- University degree
- Good communication
- Having at least 5 years working experience of training in any industry
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowing how to use MS office efficiency
- Planning, organizing and analyzing skills

Preferable Requirements:
- Having a pedagogical degree is a plus.
