Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Support office establishment processes
- Prepare GA related documents such as letters, statements, reports, presentations, invoice, etc.
- Working directly with government offices to deal with Administration related matters
- Interpreter, ensure smooth communication with local companies and partners
- Support labor management tasks
Essential requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- English business level OR Japanese N2
- Experienced in setting up new office, labor system
- More than 1 year of working experiences as GA and/or Admin
Preferable requirements
- Japanese N1
- Experienced working as Admin, HR leader, manager
