- Report directly to Vietnamese Vice President (50s)
- Manage 2 factories in the same area
*Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Factory setting up
- Manage Production and Operation
- Report all related to factory issues.
- Maintain High Quality to satisfy customer requirement
- Implement improvement activities and enhance initiative of worker
- Other work will be discussed during the interview
*Essential Requirements:
- Total years of experience: 5 - 10 years with at least 5 years working as Factory Manager for 1 manufacturing company.
- English : conversational level
- Good usage of MS office, Excel, Outlook
- Strong ability
- Long term commitment
*Preferable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary
- Being able to speak Japanese is a plus
