Job Description
*Working in a team of 10 members.
*Report directly to Vietnamese Director
*Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to General Director in all aspects of business activities.
- Provide the leadership, directions, implementation and control of activities of all subordinates.
- Develop, execute and monitor marketing & sales activities for training courses and other services of company. Have meeting with clients, provide proposals, make contract, follow training preparation and all activities after sales.
- Control the quality of all services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and consultancy services to clients.
- Develop, execute & monitor new services. Seek new clients, develop client database and so on.
- Perform other duties assigned by the company.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements:
- University degree,
- Having at least 3 years of experience in training or managing in any industries.
- To be fluent in Japanese (N1-N2).
- Have good capability of office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interested in training and consulting field, desire to become a trainer/ consultant.
- Dynamic, quick-learning, able to work under pressure, have time management and planning skills.
Preferable Requirements:
- English fluently is an added advantage
- Prefer candidate graduated from business field.
