Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Japanese Manager
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction (both clients and students)
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese language N2
- Fresh is okay
- Proficient in Office tools such as Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Preferable Requirements
- Candidate graduated from one of the following university: Foreign Trade, Hanoi National University, Hanoi University...
- Experienced working in front office (deal directly with clients and customers)
