Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Manager Assigned to a System Integration Project Team - Implement and manage system integration project as LAN, WAN system - Design network solutions and support for sales department on proposal of IT products and services to meet customer demands and in accordance to service providing standard of the company - Follow up, manage project progress and make prompt action to ensure it on schedule, meet customer demand - Solve the trouble occurring while the projects are on process (if any) by cooperating with other colleagues in team - Install software for IT equipment such as: Application software for PC, Software for Server - Install driver for hardware such as Printer, USB… - Configure for WAN and security equipment such as Router, Firewall… - Deliver equipment to customer at schedule assigned by Managers. - Take responsibility of the technical of whole projects even after finish - Maintain and develop the close, good relationship with customer for long term business opportunities - Make troubleshooting for customer if any - Give IT consult to customer if request - Support for customer after sales in case of trouble or warranty - Make report: o Make Service Report as Standard of company service o Make report of project on process and on schedule o Make report of new plan and strategy (if any) o Make report of trouble and solutions
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements - Education: Bachelor Degree - English: business level - 2+ years' working experience as System Engineer/Project Engineer for IT related companies - Excellent IT skills and knowledge of PC, Server (Windows OS is main, Linux is a plus), Network equipment (Router, Switch, Firewall, etc.) Preferable Requirements - Motivated individuals with good teamwork, management and problem solving skill - Good communication and negotiation skills - A person who can follow rules and procedures - Optional skills and knowledge of: PABX (PBX), Access Control, Security Camera, Cabling (LAN/Tel), Power (Electricity), Software Development, Operation Work (Monitoring, helpdesk, etc.), IP-VPN and Internet VPN, WAN design including Leased line, MPLS, etc.
